Once plagiarism is found, the repetition rate is over 35%, or other violations of publishing ethics, an editor-accepted article will be rejected by the publisher and there will be no refund for no-shows.
Prepare your manuscript
1. How to download the template
Manuscript(s) prepared using Microsoft Word template. Please do
not make any changes to the structure of the template as this can lead to
production errors.
2. Paper structure
Papers should be prepared in the following order:
Introduction: to explain the background work, the practical applications and the
nature and purpose of the paper.
Body: to contain the primary message, with clear lines of thought and validation
of the techniques described.
Conclusion
Acknowledgements (when appropriate)
References
Section headings: should be left justified, with the first letter capitalized and
numbered consecutively, starting with the Introduction.
3. Formatting your document
Please do not alter the formatting and style layouts which have been set
up in the template document.
1. Language
All submissions should be written in English.
2. Presentation
& Publication
1-page abstract-only papers will be included from
the presentation sessions, but excluded from the proceedings. Only full
accepted papers will be published in the proceedings.
3. Article
Length
The minimum number of pages per paper is 4
pages for all contributions.
The maximum number of pages per paper is 30
pages for keynote speakers.
The maximum number of pages per paper is 25
pages for regular contributions.
4. Academic
Integrity
Authors have a responsibility to present work that
is truly their own. Cheating and plagiarizing the work of others are serious
offenses that undermine the spirit of truth in all areas of research. APEE is
utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain
original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly
citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly
identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques
on which they depend or build.
5. Submission
Authors must prepare their papers using Microsoft Word or LaTeX, according to the Template and then Email the manuscript(s) to ICAPEE@163.com.
When you typeset your manuscript(s), please ensure the following:
l Paper size is
European A4.
l Margins are 4cm
(top), 2.5cm (left and right) and 2.7cm (bottom).
l The paper
includes the author name and affiliation (full address including country).
l There are no
page numbers, or headers and footers, within the paper.
l The PDF is free
of formatting errors (e.g. corrupt equations, missing or low-resolution
figures), since conversion from Word to PDF can introduce formatting errors.
l Text is single
spaced, not double spaced.
l The PDF file is
editable and not password protected.
l All pages are
portrait (landscape pages should be rotated).
l Reference lists
are checked for accuracy. References can only be linked via Crossref if
they are correct and complete.
l Figures are
placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document.
l A thorough
proofread is conducted to check the standard of English and ensure wording is
clear and concise.
